DISCREET PACKAGING
Pooh's Naughty Pleasures, LLC is a strong advocate for personal privacy, and we do whatever it takes to preserve yours. We assure that your order is packaged in unmarked packaging (unless otherwise stated), and shipped with discretion as regular USPS carriers. We assure that the only identifying markers are our mailing address and yours (unless otherwise stated). Pooh's Naughty Pleasures, LLC registered trademark does and will not appear anywhere on the outside packaging.
SHIPPING policy
In most cases, we process orders to be shipped on the same day that they were purchased before 3pm EST. Your actual delivery date and time will be given, along with your tracking information once received from shipper (ie. UPS, FEDEX, USPS). All orders are processed from Pooh's Naughty Pleasures, LLC within 7-10 business days, however, due to COVID-19 all orders may be subject to change and may have longer delivery dates/times.
Please allow at least 15-20 days for order processing and package delivery before filing a complaint. Please be aware that shipping rates may vary, although we charge a flat rate for most local deliveries. Expedited Shipping options are available, and will be priced and charged according to standard city/state carrier laws. If you need an order to be expedited, please let us know upon checkout.
Full Discretion: Pooh's Naughty Pleasures, LLC will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen goods. Once the package leaves our destination and a tracking number is received by the customer, the shipper then becomes the responsible party. All package questions or concerns should be directed to the appropriate carrier service once tracking information is received by the customer.

Due to COVID-19, ALL LINGERIE SALES ARE FINAL. We are only accepting returns on MOST items, including, but not limited to vibrators and other battery operated products, and damaged goods due to manufacturing issues (not shipping/handling). Items must be reported and returned to Pooh's Naughty Pleasures, LLC within 7 DAYS of product delivery. Items MUST BE UNUSED and in good condition (unless damaged).
